This refrigerant gas filling line has the advantages of high working efficiency ,high filling accuracy and high automation.It is designed to fill F12,F22,R134a and other refrigerant gases with under cap filling process .The line is composed of automatic can arranging machine, automatic cap placing machine , automatic under cap filling machine , automatic weighing machine , automatic water-bath leak testing machine , special belt conveyor for coding printer and packing table with conveyor .It is an ideal option for big scale refrigerant gas manufacturers.
Automatic Cap Placing Machine
This machine includes cap sorter, cap transfer unit ,cap detecting system ,cap placing head and PLC control system .By compressed air transfer ,the cap is supplied to the desired position and taken by the cap placing head under the force of vacuum and placed to can .
There are features as :
1. automatic detecting the cap gasket and kicking off anyone missed gasket . 2 . no can no cap placing and no cap no star wheel rotary . 3. machine automatically stop either can less than 4 cans at inlet or full cans at outlet of rotary star wheel .

Automatic Under-Cap Filling Machine
This machine includes refrigerant gas pressure boosting system , metering system and PLC control system with touch screen . The central master PC with PLC control system achieves accurate screw bar in linear feeding which is driven by servo motor with servo amplifier .Super size TET-LCD touch screen makes a friendly communication interface .This machine has the feature of high automation , easy parameter setting , safety and reliable running.

Automatic Weighting Machine
This weighting machine checks the weight of every can inline and kicks off the can with wrong filled weight , alarms will be sent out if there is any kicking off to remind to the operator for a checking if necessary .There is automatic counting of production quantity and rejected quantity of every shift , it is also a great help for the production management .
