8-Head Filling Machine:
The machine features an integrated output and dual-index feed power mechanism, along with a pneumatic control system, liquid supply, and metering system. Powered by the feed mechanism, aerosol cans are guided into the main unit for precise, quantitative filling. It is capable of filling two cans simultaneously, with all processes being pneumatically controlled. Each filling head operates independently, ensuring no discharge occurs if cans are absent. The pressure tank-based filling system ensures fast, splash-free filling. The metering system is adjustable via a worm gear, with readings clearly displayed on a counter for easy adjustment. Liquid suction and extrusion are managed by a standard pneumatic cylinder, offering reliable performance and easy maintenance.
4-Head Valve Inserting and Crimping Machine:
The machine is equipped with a single-outlet and 2-inlet mechanism, alongside a valve sorting and delivery system, valve insertion, valve positioning, and crimping mechanism. Aerosol valves are guided through the screening plate into the valve delivery system, where valves without guide tubes are automatically filtered out at the entrance. Utilizing compressed air, the aerosol valve is blown to the valve head and automatically positioned in the can. The valve is then aligned and pressed firmly against the can opening, after which it proceeds to the sealing device to securely seal the aerosol can.


8-Head Propellant Filling Machine:
The machine features a single-outlet, double-feed power mechanism, combined with a pneumatic control system, propellant delivery, and metering system. Through the power mechanism, aerosol cans are fed into the main machine for propellant filling, accommodating two cans simultaneously. The entire process is pneumatically controlled, and each filling head can be operated independently. The filling head is designed based on imported technology, ensuring fast filling speeds with minimal leakage. The quantitative system is adjusted via a worm gear, with readings displayed on a counter, making adjustments straightforward and user-friendly.
