Features
The aerosol machine is PLC-controlled and consists of two sealing and gas filling heads, each equipped with a pressure sensor to ensure effective crimping and gas filling at pre-set pressures. The heads feature a double sealing ring structure for tight crimping.
This system fills compressed air (or nitrogen) under the cap before crimping the cans. It uses Xinjie PLC control with a touch screen interface and includes two filling stations. The measuring cylinder is made of 304 stainless steel.
During long-term operation, when the sealing rings wear, the outer diameter compensates automatically due to the reeds. This design ensures that the skeleton seal rings are corrosion-resistant, low-temperature resistant, wear-resistant, and durable.
This two-station filling machine can simultaneously fill two different gases or the same gas, providing flexibility and efficiency in the filling process.
Then the liquid product is filler into the inner bag through the valve. This is typically done under pressure to ensure the liquid fills the bag completely without compromising its integrity.The liquid filling system of this machine has 4 sets of filling heads, the touch screen and PLC are Xinjie components, the electromagnetic valve is imported from South Korea, and the feeding pipe is a food-grade silicone steel wire pipe.
