Can Feeding Table
The explosion-proof motor-driven conveyor ensures cans move smoothly and automatically without jamming, squeezing, or inverting, with fully adjustable speed control.
Product Filling Machine
The fully pneumatic aerosol filling machine features an explosion-proof motor-driven conveyor, is equipped with 8 liquid filling heads, and includes a "no can, no filling" safety interlock system.
Valve Insertion Systems & Crimpers
Configured with a 2-head valve inserter, 2-head valve control, and 2-head valve crimper.Sorters are available in both magnetic and non-magnetic versions to allow for best efficiencies in your line.
Gassing Machine / Propellant Charging
Fitted with 8 gas filling heads.When properly set-up, the Mechanical Charging Valve activates against the container to direct propellant into the aerosol valve.
100cpm Aerosol Can Weight Check Machine
The system performs dynamic weight detection (≤±0.7g deviation) and container classification via PLC/HMI parameters, with stepless speed adjustment from a step motor.
Gripper Water Bath
The universal gripper clips securely hold tinplate, aluminum, plastic, and glass containers during the mandatory 3-minute immersion in the test bath to achieve the required 55°C temperature.
Rotary Tippers
This 8-head rotary system, equipped with a 120L hopper, automatically places actuators and spray tips at speeds up to 150 cans per minute and shuts down when there are no actuators, no cans, or cans are full.
High-Speed Rotary Overcapper
This fully automated cap presser securely applies plastic caps to various aerosol cans using Siemens/Schneider controls within an explosion-proof system, featuring automatic cap correction and integrated safety protections.
