This Automatic Spray Nasal Actuator Capping Machine has been developed by Yangzhou Meida Filling Machinery company after several years of self-research, incorporating insights from similar foreign products and user feedback. This machine consists of two main components: the actuator sorting device and the capping machine.
The actuator sorting device utilizes an electromagnetic vibrating plate to automatically align the nasal spray actuators in a uniform direction and transport them to the pressing unit. The main machine operates with pneumatic control and can be upgraded to PLC program control as required.
Pre-Operation Checks
1.Before using the actuator capping equipment, ensure the lubricating oil in the lubricator on the air source treatment triple unit is sufficient; add oil if needed.
2.The compressed air source should be dried to prevent unstable operation or damage to the equipment.
3.Ensure the power supply is reliably grounded.
During Operation
1.Frequently check the lubrication status of the moving parts and add lubricating grease as needed.
2.Regularly inspect the connecting screws and nuts for looseness and tighten them promptly.
3.Ensure nasal spray nozzles are added to the vibration plate in a timely manner. If actuators cannot be supplied, the guide rail of the linear feeder is equipped with an actuator detection photoelectric switch. When no actuator signal is detected, the vibrating plate will vibrate and sort the material. In case of material shortage or vibrating plate failure, the controller will initiate a delay shutdown.
