How does the BOV filling machine works?

1.Can preparation:
Empty aerosol cans are cleaned and prepared for filling.
2.Valve placement:
The bang-on-valve is placed into the can.
3.Crimping valve
The crimping machine uses a crimping head that descends onto the valve, compressing the metal edge (called the ferrule) around the valve stem to form a tight seal.The crimp creates a sealed connection between the valve and the can, ensuring no product or gas can escape.
4.Propellant filling
The propellant such as compressed air, nitrogen, CO₂.These gases are environmentally friendly and do not interact with the product inside the bag.Then the propellant is injected through the valve into the space between the outer surface of the bag and the inner walls of the can.The propellant fills the area outside the bag, not inside it, which creates pressure that collapses the bag as the product is dispensed.
5.Filling the product into the bag
The product is filled through the valve after the bag has been crimped onto the aerosol can. It controls the precise amount of product being filled into the bag. Since the product inside the bag never comes into contact with the propellant, it remains pure and uncontaminated. This is especially important for sensitive products such as pharmaceuticals,cosmetics and food.
6.Pressure gauge test

7.Actuator and cap placement
