1 This machine is combined pneumatic control and electrical control, meanwhile coordinated with other mechanisms, it is a whole set of circulation filling lines including can arrange machine, rotary puck inserting machine, 6 heads/12heads linear liquid filling machine, rotary type vacuum & crimping machine, 5 heads/10 heads linear type gas filling machine, linear type weighing machine, actuator presser machine, capping machine, can unloading machine and flexible conveyor. This line suitable for different kinds of cans, no need to change any mold, it solves the problem that the mold needs to be replaced when occur different diameter can during production, which greatly saves time and improves production efficiency.

Puck Inserting machine
The QGQRS flexible filling line auto rotary puck inserter is used to insert the aerosol can into the puck, To achieve the consistency of the puck diameter. It solves the problem of changing the unit components when the different diameter cans are changed during the production process.
Liquid filling machine
The filling head press the can , so no splash, and speed is fast.
Multiple filling heads working at the same time, so the production efficiency is high.
Vacuuming & crimping  machine
The can is vacuumed, and multiple crimping heads working together, so the production efficiency is high.
The machine reserves 12 inflating heads, and the inflating head can be installed when the vacuuming, crimping and inflating heads are needed at the same machine.
Gas filling machine
The gas filling volume is adjusted by the handwheel, and the volume is displayed by the counter, so the adjustment is convenient.
◆The one-way valve and time delay valve are designed on the air road for accurate measurement.
weighing machine
This machine adopts advanced weight sensor with special detection device and use Siemens PLC and Schneider low voltage electrical
component, the explosion proof electricity parts, also with the function such as adjustable stepless motor, human-computer
dialogue interface, related fault and waiting for feeding indicator.
actuator presser machine
it use Siemens PLC as core of control system and set some function as [ no feed stop] and [no cans stop] and [full stop] and [supply automatic]. All operation is automatic without special staff to monitor machine, which can save labor cost. It has a noise reduction function, and all electrical components are explosion-proof.
Capping machine
This machine adopts Siemens PLC and Schneider low voltage component. There are advanced person to machine interface and it will stop and alarm automatically when waiting for feeding and appearing fault and so on.
can-unloading machine
It solves the problem of changing the unit components such as filling, inflating and checking when the different diameter cans are changed during the production process. which not only reduces the product cost, but also greatly reduces the product changeover time.
